Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperAslan platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by SuperAslan, Inc.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

SuperAslan helps connect you with independent professionals and companies who provide services. SuperAslan is not the provider of the underlying services and does not perform the work itself.

When you confirm a booking or accept a quote you enter into a direct agreement with the service provider for the scope of work, schedule, and price displayed at the time of confirmation.

Saved payment methods are tokenized and processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. SuperAslan does not store raw card data.

You will be charged after a confirmed booking is performed or after an accepted fixed-price quote is delivered. Cancellation and refund policies vary by provider and are displayed before you confirm a booking.

Most providers allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee at the provider's discretion as disclosed at booking time.

You can cancel a booking from the Bookings page in your profile. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to access another user's account, post unlawful or harmful content, harass providers or customers, or use the Service to engage in fraud or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperAslan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid SuperAslan in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below and, if the changes are material, notify you by email or in-product banner.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
